I currently own Kupa mani pro drillsI love the drill however the quality seems to be downOne that is a exactly a year old and one that is not even months oldMy first Kupa mani pro drill went out at my year mark so I decided to purchase another oneNot even months old it seems to be defectiveIt is missing the P in pro on the drill as well as it works intermittentI contacted that the company who advised me to send it in for repairsNo I have two Kupa drills that don't workSo I decided to send in the old one for repairs and continue to use my other one until the new one is doneI called to check the status and was told it takes 7-business days to be looked at (that's weeks) not including the repair timeIn the meantime my month old drill is slowing not workingI cant afford to send my new drill in until the old one is receivedI cant afford to spend $on a new drill eitherThere seems to be a quality issue if the drills are breaking down within a year

I emailed to contact customer service department at least time by email,and then never feedback.I tried to Facebook the company ,just let them know there’s responsibility to let every customer know this information when last step from order online.They just said:...This is something our customers knowWe again and again have no way to estimate for youThis is not something we avoid?
