I will deliver the vehicle to kupper Chevrolet in mandan if they agree to pay for the trip over there and backThis is not my fault and this is almost miles from where I liveThe best resolution for this is for them to get a transport truck to pick it upThe reason being is it will not cost them as much because we would have to run vehicles over twice the the fuel, food, and wear and tear on our vehiclesMy resolution is kupper Chevrolet can contact me and deposit the $10,in my account and get a transporter to transport it back to mandanKupper Chevrolet is correct I did have it sold and I would of sold it had they had me a titleThe last time I checked you didn't have to be a dealer to sell a vehicleI want this resolved as soon as possible and move on with our lives

Response received via fax to Revdex.com -- scan is attached; text of letter reads as follows: "Mr *** purchased the first vehicle from us and complained constantlyWe fixed numerous items on first vehicle + he wanted new tires on that truckWe said no, they were (decent) tiresHe constantly
complained and I bought the first vehicle back for what he paid for itWhen he checked second vehicle out before purchasing we told him he would not get new tires on that truck either as he requestedClaimed both trucks had bad tiresNot soHe elected to purchase second vehicle knowing we would not replace tiresHe chose to purchase anywayHe had a few complaints with second truck which we took care of again at no costHe met with me a couple months ago to complain about tiresHe chose to purchase tires on his own because he said we were too expensiveHe bought a cheaper brand of tires anyway at CenexI told him I would not reimburse him for tiresThen he got arrogant and I told him we were done talkingWe have tried to satisfy him on other issues but he constantly complains about tiresI will not reimburse him for tires.*** Kupper"

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/12/03) */
I have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] on the title for this truck. We traded the truck in from an out of town customer and he assured us he would send right away. He then told us that he mailed it two weeks ago. I assumed with the Thanksgiving...

holiday it would be slower to come. As of this writing we have not recieved title from person who traded it.
Mr [redacted] states he purchased the truck to resell although he is not a dealer nor has a Mt. dealers license. He stated that he had it sold for a profit 3 times but has no title. North Dakota states that I have 75 days to provide buyer with title which explains the 75 day window sticker for in state buyers. I am doing my best to reach previous customer and get title to Mr [redacted] In order to resolve this I agree to refund Mr [redacted]'s money provide he returns the truck to Kupper Chevrolet in Mandan where he picked it up from.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/12/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I will deliver the vehicle to kupper Chevrolet in mandan if they agree to pay for the trip over there and back. This is not my fault and this is almost 900 miles from where I live. The best resolution for this is for them to get a transport truck to pick it up. The reason being is it will not cost them as much because we would have to run 2 vehicles over twice the the fuel, food, and wear and tear on our vehicles. My resolution is kupper Chevrolet can contact me and deposit the $10,000 in my account and get a transporter to transport it back to mandan. Kupper Chevrolet is correct I did have it sold and I would of sold it had they had me a title. The last time I checked you didn't have to be a dealer to sell a vehicle. I want this resolved as soon as possible and move on with our lives.
