Kuppet dba Lagrima

Purchased an electric piano from this company last weekend, and when item was received it didn't work. I took the whole thing apart and managed to get it back in the box, then contacted the seller about getting a return label so I could send it back to them. The package weighs over 100 pounds, and the company has REFUSED to pay return shipping, even though their website says they take care of ALL returns and refunds due to manufacture errors for up to 30 days. It is going to cost me somewhere between 200-300 dollars to send it back to them, which is almost as much as what I paid for the piano in the first place. Their customer service has been absolutely awful- they don't even have a phone number to call! Everything is handled through email, and the individual that I've been speaking to has been nothing but rude. Now they're saying if I send them a video they'll handle it, but I've already told them several times that the item is heavy and hard to manage, and I'm not fighting to get it out of the box again. It doesn't work, otherwise I wouldn't be sending it back. I feel like this is not my responsibility, and they need to handle their business much better than they've done thus far.
