MSI Auto SalesThis situation is very odd*** did purchase a vehicle
from MSI Auto Sales; she gave her bf at the time *** permission to sign
paperwork for her. As a finance manager
I got verbal and written consent (Text message) before moving forward
Everything about the deal went wellShe personally communicated with the bank
(Go Financial) prior to the deal been finalizedThere was nothing illegal
about it, as she gave permission and also talked to the bank herselfShe sent
the down payment (Wal-Mart Money order) to her bf. In response to the Paperwork, her bf was
handed the paperwork and was instructed to give it to her. So one of them has the paperworkWe make
copies for customers and for the dealershipTitle was sent to a different address
instead of the *** DMV, it was quickly retrieved and en route to the
*** DMVMSI Auto Sales didn’t do anything illegal, everything was done
properly and there is paperwork to prove that. I think *** and her bf are going through a nasty breakThat’s a
personal issue and has nothing to do with the car or the dealershipShe
recently got the vehicle out of a impound lot in *** from what she told me SundayIn her recent complaint
about me been personal friends with Mr*** is correct, but when it comes to
business it was strictly businessI don't hangout with ***, we are just friends that got reacquainted because of his purchaseI spoke to both *** and *** Sunday
