My Kurly Klips were shipped damaged. Lana sent me some klips so I can fix it myself 1. I can't see that well 2. I'm not that handy 3. I spent a lot of money for the klips ins and I was surprised kurly klips didn't want to send me another piece of hair I would have been along time customer very disappointed
Review: I paid 199.00 for a product that I thought would be great. look at [redacted]!I received the product and it was broken. The company sent me clips ins to fix it myself with. I paid someone to fix the issue a third party because I am legally blind in one eye and cant sew it myself. A while later that is broke again. Ultimately I spent to much money with this company for this big mess. I want a new one or my money back.Desired Settlement: I want Kurly klips to send me a new 4klip clip in.
