To Whom It May Concern: Client purchased our mentorship program from our company KURMA Group in April of The Mentorship coaching allowed Client to work with our team directly to help her create an online businessClient would build an email list as well as build an online product, with the help and guidance of our team.Once the student has their product finished, our CEO, AnikS***, takes over and will guide the student on how to launch and promote their product.Our Vice President of Operations, Meredith M***, worked directly with the Client over the past yearExchanging hundreds of emailsMeredith has repeatedly asked the Client to send over her product outlines and anything she has completedThe Client refuses to do soClient worked with VP of Operations directly for phase of the training to build up an email list and start generating a database for affiliate promotions as well as a group of future customers for clients own productPhase is the product development phase and the client is not agreeing to share their work in phase so we can help client move forwardWithout the client agreeing to work with us we are notable to help her proceedNow, Client is asking for a refund, which we cannot issue, because she signed a contract that stated the very strict refund policy(Attached) Client claims she wants to work directly with AnikAs stated before, people do get that but they have to show they have taken action and do their part to get their product finished to work with AnikWhich she will not doOur company has continuously reached out to the Client, to help her move forward anyway that we canWe will also continue to do so, and try to get her to take action and get her product finished, so she can work with Anik one on oneAs you can see, we our more than willing to help our students get to the place they want to be in the online marketing community, but we can't help them if they will not put in the work on their sidePlease let me know if you have any further questions and thankyou for your time Courtney K [redacted] Project Manager

online product, with the help and guidance of our team.Once the student has their product finished, our CEO, AnikS[redacted], takes over and will guide the student on how to launch and promote their product.Our Vice President of Operations, Meredith M[redacted], worked directly with the Client over the past year. Exchanging hundreds of emails. Meredith has repeatedly asked the Client to send over her product outlines and anything she has completed. The Client refuses to do so.
Client worked with VP of Operations directly for phase 1 of the training to build up an email list and start generating a database for affiliate promotions as well as a group of future customers for clients own product. Phase 2 is the product development phase and the client is not agreeing to share their work in phase 2 so we can help client move forward. Without the client agreeing to work with us we are notable to help her proceed.
Now, Client is asking for a refund, which we cannot issue, because she signed a contract that stated the very strict refund policy. (Attached)
Client claims she wants to work directly with Anik. As stated before, people do get that but they have to show they have taken action and do their part to get their product finished to work with Anik. Which she will not do.
Our company has continuously reached out to the Client, to help her move forward anyway that we can. We will also continue to do so, and try to get her to take action and get her product finished, so she can work with Anik one on one.
As you can see, we our more than willing to help our students get to the place they want to be in the online marketing community, but we can't help them if they will not put in the work on their side.
