how we can prevent this problem fromoccurring in the future however in the meantime, we would like to address and resolve the recentlysighted issues:Price Changes: The decision to update our plans and pricing was made to more accurately reflectproduct value. Over the last five years, we had not made adjustments to our pricing, however our Producthad significantly evolved, including a migration to a new database server, rebuilt Form Themes platform,CSS coding edit abilities and a new Email server to boost deliverability of Confirmation and Notificationemails. That said, we understand any price increase may have financial impacts on certain organizationsand we would be happy to discuss any potential alternative Account solutions to assist with the priceincrease.Restore the Service and Recover Forms & Data : After the request to merge Accounts had beensettled, we have moved all Forms, Data and Service back to the original settings. You should now beable to view Submissions, access Forms and log into your Accounts. The Affiliate resets have beencompleted as well and our Finance Team will be monitoring your Affiliate activity to ensure you are paidout and no new issues arise under your Account. Should an issue occur relating to your Affiliate setup,we will act on this immediately.Help move Forms & Data to another Account : After the Account merge was reversed on March 30th,we began working to restore the Affiliate settings; since then, we have not made additional moves of theForms or Data. That said, we can accommodate any Form or Data moves should you like to transferthese to a secondary Account. Should you require Forms or Data to be moved in the future, we cancoordinate a time to discuss over the phone to ensure the process is immediate and any questions orconfusion can be quickly resolved.Again, we sincerely apologize for any frustration or delays in clearing these issues.
