I will not use Blue Ridge Builders Supply (BRBS) to order cabinets, flooring or vanity tops again The designer we worked with at BRBS mis-ordered one of the two cabinets for our bathroom remodel project; the cabinets were not checked when they were delivered to BRBS, where they were stored for several weeks The mistake was discovered when my general contractor brought the cabinets to the house for installation One of the two cabinets had to be reordered, which delayed our project for weeks The designer also mis-ordered the sink, and may have forgotten/delayed ordering the sink Again, when general contractor delivered the sink, I noticed it was wrong immediately The designer reordered the sink, and the replacement took one week to arrive Lastly, the designer did not order the flooring when she said she would, and general contractor had to wait when the delay was discovered, and the order was hurriedly submitted The correct flooring was delivered in one weekSo, my bath remodel project was delayed 3-weeks because of mistakes made in orders submitted by the designer I asked for monetary compensation for delay, but none was given Generally, I am satisfied with the products received
