Let me start by saying I am a father of and have had a terrible cold for the last monthSince I have been sick every week on tuesday (trash night) I have been unable to set my trash outso for the last weeks I have been unable to set my trash out due to this terrible cold and my kids decided to help me out and take the bags of trash I had accumulated over the last month to surprise meindeed it did but I was more surprised that when the trashmen finally came on Wednesday They took bag and literally shook their hands at the rest and moved onConfused about this I quickly called up to Kurtzman Sanitation and spoke to the only secretary they have there and explained I had been sick for several weeks and I haven't had any trash because of this and when my trash was finally set out this week the trashmen only took one bag before literally waving their hands at the rest in dismay and moved onThe secretary in a VERY rude manner proceeded to tell me they only take bags per week and again I told her I haven't had any trash for the last month or even longer because I had been sick and I finally got it out with the help of my young kids (and 14) this weekShe ARROGANTLY replied the same thing she just said and I asked if it was for her business to charge families $a month for a trash service then not take their trash when the time came after not having any for a month due to illnessShe scoffed at me on the phone and hung upMy children were so disappointed they thought they had done all that work taking those trash bags out to the street just to be let down by this companyBy far Kurtzman is the absolute worst and heartless trash service imaginableThey treat you like absolute trash but as far as working with those that come down with an illness or I can only imagine a handicap of some sort they are rude bullies that define exactly how not to run a businessI have fired them and hired someone else for my trash removalRESIDENTS OF CRESTLINE OHIO BEWARE!
