*** per the initial response the customer would contact his place of purchase for warrantyI have not seen a proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/dealer, If he is having conflict with his seller/dealer I would be willing to reviewIf purchased from Amazon, EBay or similar the customer has to complete the warranty with that seller as they are not authorized dealers/distributors and are considered third party sellers, Kuryakyn does not handle warranties from third party sellersPlease contact me with other questions.Sincerely, *** ***

[I have reviewed his response and I still am not happy with his offer. I have pictures to verify the damage done by his technicans and there is no way he cannot accept responsiblity. I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach during bike week and trusted that their workmanship would be satisfactory. As far as phone calls, [redacted] needs to acknowledge that I left over 5 voicemails and had to continually keep calling him back. My motorcycle was left at Absolute Auto Repair for 6 days waiting to get a response from him. I could no longer wait and had to have repairs done quickly. I paid $443.80 and feel I should be refunded that amount. If the work was done properly, I wouldn't have incurred additional costs. As far as I am concerned, I have proof that their work was not done properly and I can email these to you. I f you wish to contact Absolute Auto Repair, they can also verify what the problems were. Hello [redacted], in regards to Mr. [redacted]’s response I do not concur with his statements. I feel that Kuryakyn had went over and above and made a very fair offer for work that we did not approve. Mr [redacted] claims it was due to actions by our technicians and in speaking with our rally team manager it was caused not by us. I stayed in contact with Mr. [redacted] leaving 5 voice mails in three days to resolve this matter, they were not any left by him during this time and I had always returned his calls. I do not feel the need for a mediator, in the spirit of customer service I will stand by my original offer of $285.00 for ten (10) business days (August 11th, 2015) at which time the offer is void. suggested that I should only pay for the light kit which was $50.00. I knew that a $50 off would not satisfy Mr. [redacted] so we decided to refund most of his parts and our labor the $285.00 offer that he refused.  Before this offer was made Mr [redacted] went ahead on his own and authorized Absolute Auto Repair to replace the light kit with no pre-approval of labor or part charges. My feeling is Absolute inflated the labor cost as they charged $180 to uninstall the light kit and $200 to install the light kit which would be done at the same time. I admit it does take some time to communicate with the rally personnel as at times they are traveling between shows and are unable to be reached. I always stayed in touch with Mr. [redacted] to the point it took me 5 voice mails to get a response from him to close this issue. [I do not agree with the decision made by [redacted]. I paid Absolute Auto Repair $443.80 to fix the LED lights on my motorcycle that the Kurayakyn technicans had messed up at Myrtle Beach. I took my bike down there and it sat for 6 days because [redacted] wouldn't return my phone calls. He kept telling me he had problems contacting the technicians because they were on the road but everyone has cell phones or email now.  He offered me the $285 but this doesn't cover all the cost I incurred due to his technicians errors. I have pictures to show the damages done which I can email to the Revdex.com. He feels the price charged by Absolute Auto Repair was inflated but this the amount I had to pay to get my motorcycle corrected. HIs techncians are not located in Salisbury, Md so I am not sure how I was supposed to get them to make the corrections.  I also have a copy of the invoice I paid to Absolute Auto Repair for the work they did. [redacted] never left me voice messages, he never called me back so the 5 voicemails he mentioned are probably the ones I left him. I had to keep calling him everyday to try to resolve this issue. [redacted]

Review: I purchased new LED tail light and a right and left turn signal to improve visibility for the rear of the bike. I purchased these on 5/13/15 at Myrtle Beach,Sc during bike week. Total charge was $456.97. I have receipts to verify. Before this time, I had LED lights installed for decoration on my bike by Absolute Auto Repair located in Princess Anne, Md. When I returned home from SC, I noticed that the LED lights for decoration were flashing and not operating properly. I took my motorcycle to Absolute Auto Repair on 6/3/15 and they discovered that the technicians in Myrtle Beach who were employed by Kuryakyn had damaged the original wiring done by Absolute Auto Repair. The wires were thrown under the seat and jammed back in a haphazard way. I have pictures to show the damage provided by Absolute Auto Repair. I contacted [redacted] at Kuryakyn ###-###-#### on 6/4/15 and faxed him the receipts and pictures. He is only willing to pay $285.00 which doesn't include the labor. I feel I should be refunded the full amount since their technicians did faulty work. I have talked to [redacted] at least 6 to 7 times and kept giving me excuses saying he couldn't contact the techncians but he never returned my calls.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the full amount of $443.80 which I paid to Absolute Auto Repair to fix the wiring harness that the technicians at Kuryakyn messed up. They also fixed the LED lights on my motorcycle.

Review: I purchased one of their cell phone holders for my motorcycle recently. After installing it, I noticed one of the self-adhesive pads that came with it was slightly torn. These pads stick on the cell phone holder to provide cushioning for the phone. I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement, but I can't seem to get anywhere with their customer service department. They did send me a first response after what I would consider way too many days asking for more information. I responded to that email the best I could, but after what may be a week, I still can't get them to answer me back. I didn't keep the emails with dates listed so I can't give exact number of days. I didn't think trying to get a 10 cent piece of foam would turn into such a huge ordeal, so I apologize. Thank you.Desired Settlement: All I want is to have that damaged piece of foam replaced. If it can't be done, would it be too much to ask for them to show me a little respect and tell me they can't help me?
