Ms. [redacted] and/ or her spouse travel frequently and/or were unavailable for meetings to go over the documents or to sign them and also took their time formulating their wishes and this has contributed to the delay. Additionally, the responding business is a solo (one attorney) practice where one person handles everything from the intake to final disposition of the case. Therefore, the responding business acknowledges that it also contributed towards the delay. The responding business always takes all its clients very seriously and strives to provide excellent service and has many happy clients. The delay in this situation was an exception. Business has already apologized extensively to client and has rectified the situation by providing the estate planning documents.
