Review: We have a product under warranty. Call to get fix and they said it was under warranty. They requested us to send the product in for repairs. They repaired the product and sent it back to us. Then they sent us a bill for $292.79. They never called for authorization to fix the product or informed us. The invoice number on the bill is [redacted] customer [redacted]Desired Settlement: Full refund.
