We immediately contacted complaining customer and assured him that we would do everything in our power to correct any errors on our part He was to make copies of the said carfax and any/all repair bills and I told him I would personally pick them up, this was over a week ago and I've heard
nothing.The vehicle in question was purchased by us in Florida and the milage on it was in the 60,range and we were not told of any accidents.We need validity to the claims before we can act.We would never tamper with an odometer Doing so would jeperdise our license.*** ***General manager
