Ricky with Frymire came to my house to do a free water heater inspection. He was very polite and inspected all plumbing in my home. I would request him if I had a plumbing issue.

I would like to commend [redacted] on their plumber Ricky M who diagnosed and fixed my hot water meter issue correctly I did not have HW for days due to the part not being readily available on the HW heater [redacted] sold me over years ago The one issue I did have was the $(not including the $I paid to rush the part) labor charge which I believe was excessive This was after I called the office and spoke to a Gary who dropped it from the original quote of nearly $which was ridiculous for barely a half hour's work The HW heater I purchased along with a complete Trane AC system about years ago from [redacted] was still under warranty for materials (years for the HW heater) but not the labor which expires at years Gary had excuses for the excessive rate and I didn't buy them but he did reduce it to the $350, still too high in my opinion I have been doing business with [redacted] for over years and never had issues with service or cost so this was an unpleasant surprise All in all [redacted] is a good company and maybe plumber charges are this high nowadays and Ricky stayed about 30-minutes to verify the tank was heating up, but with warranties and the fact the WH I replaced still worked after years (but was above the closet in the attic)and replaced it anyway since they were doing the AC just contributed to my frustration

I have the Annual Review air/heat policy I like that Charlie Rich, my service technician is the individual who comes to the house twice a year to conduct the "check-up" [redacted] is always on time, very professional and friendly

[redacted] Rogers performed a follservice after a call from Masis Markarian Kitchen faucet was leaking badly, It was suggested that I purchase a new faucet because of a questionable defect in the design I chose not to purchase a new one and [redacted] had it fixed in a short period of time Both [redacted] and Masis had me understanding the positives and negatives before they proceeded to take care of the problem
