Received custom printed Koozies that were not as described, promised refund, one month later still not received. getting the "run around" when callingReceived poor quality print, not as described over phone by their employee [redacted] Product was blurry, no metallic ink (even after charging me extra for it!). [redacted] told me I would be receiving a refund, have been calling for almost a month now. Everytime I am told the accountant isn't in, left early, etc. I have been assured on multiple occasions that I will be receiving a refund that day (never happens). Today the man on the phone told me that he could not guarantee that anyone could call me to today to speak about this. Unhappy with product produced. It was not as representedI ordered the koozies from this company, they sent a email proof of the picture that I submitted- which I approved. When the koozies arrived they were VERY dark- and the koozie did not represent the picture of the email proof that was sent to me. I contacted the company letting them know about my disappointment in the product. This was the third time that I ordered from this company. The first time I was extremely happy with the kookie. The second time I ordered it was not as good as the first but was"ok" . I expressed this in my complaint. I was happy to have received a prompt response from the company. I was put in contact with [redacted] the product manager. She requested a picture of the final product as well as the email picture proof that was sent to me. I complied and sent both as requested. I then did not hear anything back from her. I sent a follow email to her- confirming that she indeed received the email and pics and she has yet to respond. I am very disappointed. I spent a lot of money on this product.Desired SettlementI initially told the company that I would be ok with either a refund or replacement of product. However, at this time - I would only accept a refund of my money. I am incredibly disappointed.Business Response The customer thought the images would print lighter than the artwork and the proof showed. We are refunding the payment of this order to the customer.
