Kustom Kottage

I purchased a hat from this company and have never received it. I paid for it before I received it and was suppose to be mailed it asap. I never received and I emailed the company several times. I received responses from the company stating that they had mailed the hat. I then waited 5 days and never received hat. I messaged them again and they said they would make me a new hat and mail it out. I waited 5 days no hat. Messaged again no response, waited 3 days messaged again no response, waited 1 day no response. Now the website says that they are now a new business called Magnolia Lane and they are in [redacted] with the same phone number and no address listed. I messaged them via [redacted] like all the other messages and they read the message. I then commented on their [redacted] page and now I am blocked from the page to comment and I can not send them messages anymore. I have emailed 3 different emails supposedly affiliated with the company and no response from them either.Product_Or_Service: hatOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like my money back from the purchase of the hat. I paid for it via [redacted]. The [redacted] account said there business name was Bella Grace Divine. That is 3 company names for the same person.
