brought back our china buffet and gave us$200.00 in cash for the damage to our dryer.  They said they couldn'tfix our entertainment center because part of it was particle board.Please cancel our complaint.  I am glad to get our china buffet backbut I still believe this company is not professional.Thank you,[redacted]

Review: We moved on November 22nd. Some items arrived in damaged condition. We alerted the person we did a contract with. He came and looked at the items. He sent more movers on December 1, 2014 to take the damaged items for repair. He was supposed to send someone to fix the dryer that was damaged as well. We contacted them on December 29th when we hadn't received our items. We were told by Walter that our items would be delivered on January 1, 2015 and he would have a repair person contact us to fix our dryer. We have not gotten our items and no one has bothered to contact us. This is completely unprofessional and the items sent for repair can not be replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like my furniture returned and I want my dryer fixed as well. If it can't be fixed then it needs to be replaced.

Review: We are a licensed freight forwarder who contracted Kustom Moving as an origin services agent. After job was complete, we noticed several additional charges on our corporate credit card. When we inquired about them, below is the answer from the person we believe is the owner of the company. After receiving this email, we waited 1 week for our credit which never came. Since that time, we've sent several emails regarding the same matter and all communications have been ignored. We will proceed to file a complaint with the [redacted] and [redacted] if matter is not resolved as promised. [redacted]
