The complaint *** *** has filed is the only communication she has had with us since last year. We have been trying to communicate with this customer by e-mail, phone and physical visits since December, to get this account resolved. Unfortunately she has never responded to
us. We have adjusted down the invoice for the work that we did not perform but still cannot get any communication in return. Due to the non communication of this customer we have had no choice but to turn the account over to our attorney
