Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this consumer's complaintWe will start off by saying that our clinic did not tell the consumer if they stopped coming to our practice...we would charge them $*** They have an outstanding invoice
of $*** for treatment we had provided to this consumer starting back on December 1st,
On a number of occasions we have reached out to this consumer to try and settle this invoice but they refused to payThey would always reply with "We have two insurance companies and they should pay for it." We have tried on their behalf to contact their insurance provider to find reason for not covering all of their treatment but they would refuse to discuss reason (Due to Privacy Act) why they are not covering entire amountTheir insurance provider had requested that the policy holder(Consumer)contact their office for further explanationAs our office policy points out we are happy to take assignments but ultimately any amount that a third party (Insurance provider) does not cover, it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay
We offered a payment plan but they still did not want to settleWe called on several occasions but each time they would hang upWe also mailed out numerous invoicesFinally on January 31st, 2017, we called one final time to see if we could come to a resolution on payment but they still refusedWe did explain to them that if not paid by February 1st, we would have no choice but to send it off to our collection agencyWe have since forwarded it on to our collection agency(Professional Recovery Service)on February 1st,
We are still willing to accept a payment in full or set up a payment plan from this consumerIf they would like to contact our office to set this up, we would be more than happy to do soWe are not willing to remove this consumer from our collection agency until invoice is paid in full

My dad and mom told them that my dad's insurance ends in January ,and then they told us not worry it will cover all expenses, also why is it that my mother's insurance did not pay the rest of the bill? when we were told that the bill would be covered by the insuranceunless the company is doing something wrong that is why the insurance company did not approved the chargesAlso why are they calling my older sister to pay, when my older sister has her own insurance from the hospital, (***)they told my mom that they are going to put the bill in my name I am a student and I cannot afford to pay,my bill is around $***, the $*** is not an issue , my parents can easily pay this dentist billthe issue it that my mom is being threatened that if she moves from the dentist company she will be chargedthere has also been many other complaints made by people we know of about this companymy mother and father will be talking to the insurance company in regards to this and my parents will not pay the $***, the bill should be discharged because my parents said they will not pay the bill
