I have attached three photos of the contract and a few photos of the lawn in present condition. The contract clearly states we do not guarantee the seed to grow. In regards to the weeds, the weeds could have easily been blown in. The weeds could have been prevented if the homeowners implemented a fertilization program. was Mr. Kutey's last response. We I am not satisfied because first of
all his photos were in their current condition. Now go back 8 weeks
prior to what the lawn looked like when I attempted to contact Mr. Kutey
to fix the issue and he elected not to answer any of my calls. The lawn
was in horrible condition. Not to mention both sides of the front yard
he killed the grass but NEVER filled it in with soil OR planted grass
seed. My wife had to end up doing it herself. Also ALL the area's where
their wasn't any seed at all. Just blotches of soil NO GRASS. Where we
had to do it ourselves. Oh and last but not least, for him to say we
should have set up a fertilization program. We do have one with [redacted]. Had it since day one. We have documents to prove if necessary. So
asking if I am satisfied? Absolutely not. With where the lawn was at
that time. Now? We are getting there after we the home owners put the
money and hard work in to fix Mr. Kutey's $2600 mess up..... [redacted]
