"Kuttin Up Hair Stylez

I spent 5 hours at this shop on my first visit. I was to have an appointment for a blow out for natural hair and it this appointment was to be 1 1/2 hours. I was waiting with dry hair for 2 hours while she did a sew in for another customer. This customer was not scheduled for what was performed. She took this customer anyway. I have made several appointments and was not seen because of being a few minutes late. I feel that I should have been given leniency after waiting for past stylist for 4 hours. This past stylist did not even give a discount and just apologized. This whole experience has been emotionally distressing. I had to pay in advance through groupon. The original stylist went out on maternity leave but still took money. We are seeking a refund even though the stylist today is stating that we owe a $20 late fee.
