I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We have not ever ordered or received anything from this company. When I spoke to them in the beginning I offered to have our UPS driver pick up the item if they sent over tag for the correct location & scheduled the pickup. They couldn't even schedule a pickup of the products as they didn't know how is what I was told. They also had the V.P. call me & he was very rude threatened me & said they would sue  for the amount. No one has sent any tag for this item to be sent to the correct location. I myself had contact the location it was to go to & They stated they have had issues with this company harassing them about products & they stated they didn't want them & would not pay for them. This company isn't a vendor of ours & won't ever be - We don't want it stated that we have done business with them as we have never done business with them.Regards,

Company states that the product was shipped to them in error, although they have received orders from them previously. When the order was generated, the person who did the order selected the incorrect company. Several people had spoken with her and explained what they could do. She ended up talking...

with someone who she liked and let them sent her a tag to send so they could send it to the correct company.
