Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Well first of all, I already indicated to SNMC that the booking company was run by incompetent person by the name of *** *** and his so called company the only time I entrusted him with paying my mortgage is during the time I was away. When I threatened to sue him , the letter I forwarded to the Revdex.com is what I got However it is absolutely bewildering that SNMC will go to such lengths to make a case that I am somehow lying about the bookkeeping company and updating my phone # I have already provided SNMC my bank statements from Chase that had over $397,at the time of the late payment (see attached bank statement), so is SNMC claiming that I willfully did not make the payment to mess up my own credit ? Additionally, attached is the proof of the sale of my home on 10-27-2015, however with my earlier call to SNMC , I gave SNMC my new address in TX and the new phone # to go with that addressSNMC updated the address but failed to update the phone # , even though I was calling from this new number So what SNMC is failing to see here is logicWhat reason is there for me to miss a payment when I have close to $400,in my bank account at the time of the late? (see attached statements) I am absolutely appalled at the way SNMC is treating me, I am requesting the Revdex.com leave this complaint as an unresolved complaint if SNMC refuses to make the appropriate adjustments.
Regards,

Thank you for the documentation you provided.  We have researched this transaction again and have come to the following conclusions: ·         We have not been able to verify the company “[redacted] Bookkeeping” through phone call attempts, address searches, phone record searches, and third party verification searches; therefore we have been unable to verify the documentation submitted. ·         There is no evidence that the borrower was previously or is currently using [redacted] Bookkeeping to make their payments.  All payments have been made by phone, individual check or via the internet. ·         In regards to the telephone number update, our audit log shows that on 09/17/2015 while making a payment via telephone the borrower gave the old phone number.  Our audit log also shows that the new phone number was received on 12/08/2015 at the time the borrower made a payment via the telephone.  The audit log for the phone number shows that the phone number was again updated via the internet on 01/11/2016 and again on 02/03/2016.  The mailing address was updated on 02/24/2016 via the internet.  All of these changes were made at the time the payment was made or later. ·         The loan was reported 30 days delinquent for the November 2015 payment which was received on 12/08/2015. We are required to report information to the credit bureaus accurately and are only allowed to make changes to the information reported when there is supporting written documentation that the misinformation was an error.  Because there is no supporting written documentation that can be verified we are unable to change the information reported to the credit bureau. We do understand that this is not the desired result, however, we are bound by law, regulation and our contracts with our credit report providers, investors and government agencies to only report accurate credit report information.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We have researched the transaction and have determined the following:·         The loan was reported 30 days delinquent for the November 2015 installment; the payment was received on December 8, 2015. ...

·         There were collection calls attempted and delinquency notices/billing statements mailed advising that the November 2015 monthly payment was due. ·         The borrower references that there was an error made by their bookkeeping company; however, we have not received any evidence/documentation that there was an error made on the third party’s behalf. ·         The delinquent reporting is accurate. Unfortunately, we are unable to submit corrections to payment history reporting unless there was an error on the company's part; it appears that all company policies and procedure were followed.  The borrower is responsible for ensuring that SecurityNational Mortgage Company receives their payment timely each month.   Thank you.
