To whom it concerns:This accusation has nothing to with the workmanship nor does it have anything to do with any unfinished workBut has everyhting to do with the fact that Ms*** is my ex-girlfiendlong story short, Ms*** and I were dating for a few months at the time of her insurance
claimRight as I was about to start she left me for a co-workerShe had blocked me fom her phone and everyway of communicationShe WOULD NOT allow me to see the insurance adjusters estimte or anything to do with any other work besides the roof and guttersI informed Ms*** that she was able to do a layover on her upper roof but not lower because of deteriation that had occuredWe tore off, ice-and-water all eves, put down the highest quality shingle out there, and new ridge vent in the garage as talked aboutMs*** has the reputation of someone who doesn't want to pay when work is completed and she assumed that she could short me $3,because she wanted to pocket the moneyThe job was completed the first week of September yet she filed a claim against me on Dec 12th??? Ironically day after she received legal action letters from my lawyer *** ***!!! Ms*** is simply mad because for once a man isn;t going to let her rip HIM OFF!!Sincerely,Kirk VanDeSampelP.SI also have a signed letter of completion by Miss *** in Septmeber.Thank you

The original estimate was $That was for a complete tear off and year duration shingle as well as new gutters and downsSo $for the roof and $for the guttersI have the original at home and can send you a picture if needed along with the insurance claim. I would also like to note that I asked for a copy of the original completion letter and he refused to give it to meand has tried to falsify. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because he is not being truthful and obviously stating this is a personal attack on me. Mr. VandeSampel is not an honest business man and cuts corners then expects more money. 30 year duration shingles from menards are hardly the best shingles out there. He was paid everything from the claim. How does a roof that is 19 sq go from $6600 to $9000? The last time I checked you can’t just decide because you don’t like someone to raise the price without cause. Mr. VanDeSampel continues to harass me along with drop gifts at my new house, harass my significant other and drive past my house at all hours.  If this does not stop, police will be contacted.
