March 3, Dear [redacted] ***: This letter is in response to a customer complaint ID [redacted] Mr [redacted] signed his purchase agreement for the Kirby on 01/08/but did not take delivery of his new Kirby until 01/11/At which time he was still within his cancellation periodThe finance company that approved him will not verify a customer until after their day periodSo, once again Mr [redacted] had ample opportunities to cancel his agreement upon their callAs for Mr Drerezic feeling cornered, The sales representative was a friend of his and his girlfriend'sWe are sorry if things have changed in their financial situation but at this time we are unable to cancel the transactionWe are happy to help Mr [redacted] if he has any questions on the use of his KirbySincerely Angela L***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached the credit refusal letter that is dated 2/4 that we did not receive until after we contacted you the Revdex.com which the same day was refused by Kirby to have this resolved and never once did they mention that our credit was refused.  All she kept saying is that we run a respectable business and if the credit department allowed the credit then I would be held liable yet we talked well after the 2/4 refusal letter and still they were pushing for compliance on an agreement that should have never been honored.  Also the fact that we didn't receive the letter in the mail until after we contact Revdex.com on 2/15.  why a letter that is dated 2/4 took over 10 days to arrive at our house is beyond me.Regardless, the credit was denied so credit should not be given.  the contract should be ripped up.

03/11/2016 Dear [redacted]: This letter is in response to complaint [redacted] Mr [redacted]. We as a business have various finance options available to us. Mr [redacted] was denied credit by United Consumer Financial as stated in the letter he receivred from them, he was told that the day the representative was in his home. United Consumer has 30 days after to send that letter to potential customer and it explains the reasons they denied him credit. However Mr [redacted] was approved by First Credit Corporation and their verification process is very detailed. Mr. [redacted] had a verification conversation of his contract and terms with a representative of First Credit.. Mr [redacted] signed a contract for purchase and verified he was satisfied with payments and terms. Therefor he is responsible to pay for the product in his possession. Again, we are happy to service Mr [redacted]'s machine if he needs any assistance with using it. Sincerely Angela L[redacted]
