Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company is continuing the same nonsense.I need a better method of communicating with you thanthe one I am using currently.It would be best if I had an email address so that I could forwardyou the email correspondence I have received in the past and thatwhich I am receiving presently from KVCHosting.I will be calling the office in the next few days.For the above reasons please do not construe this letteras my entire response to Complaint ID [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

His account was created on reseller server on March 15th

As per below logs account *** was created on Reseller server on Tue Jun 19:11:
Where as his reseller account final date as Reseller H Hosting - *** $USD Quarterly 03/13/06/13/

As reseller account was cancelled the account got terminated on July 20th

The user had created account on reseller instead of vps accountSince he had request the Reseller to be cancel after migration completed, we have terminated the reseller to avoid any future charges

Someone there goofed upThey upgraded my account and merged the accountsThey moved all my accounts to the upgraded partitionHowever, when I asked them to change my passwordthey then sent me the new linkThat is the link I used to create the new accountsIf that were the case, why did they cancel the accountthere were not just the two accounts on the serverThere were several

These clients were all hosted on my serverI upgraded and did not open a new accountall of the data was supposedly moved by them over to the new access control panel portal
They did send me a new login and password
The username was the same, The IP address was the same but the password *** different
I used it and logged in to see that everything was workingIt was an upgrade not a new accountThe fees were paid accordinglyand they deleted the account prior to the expirationAgain It was an upgrade performed by KVCI need to be compensated for my lossesThey have literally destroyed my business and any future earnings

Since the initial complaint, I cancelled the accountthey are still charging my credit cardWhen I bring it to their attention, they apologize and do it again!There was a mix up on the account they say! problem is they have a disconnect with billing and the actual operations and salesThe sales people get commissions and they are more concerned with their money than actual serviceI have the emails If you wish to see them

We have refunded both transactionWe have attached the screenshot showing that we have refunded before August 28th, the time he reply and stated that we still charging him

The issue was not at our endThe customer had confusion on the invoice date and invoice paid date and assumed he paid invoicesHowever realizing his error we has apologized to usThe apology letter issued by customer has been attached with this email
