Customer is requesting compensation for a situation that did not occur - during our first interaction with the customer, he acknowledged this fact and accepted our offer of resolution, which we are prepared to honor Since that initial agreement was made, the customer contacted Revdex.com with the intention to change the resolution Our attempt to reach the customer to explain our position was met with a hang up on the phone KVH has attempted to resolve the dispute in good faith and will honor the original agreement
KVH investigated the customer’s complaint and determined that a miscommunication had occurred with the customerKVH has since contacted the customer and has resolved this matter to his satisfaction
