year warranty. During that time Mr. [redacted] callednumerous times about concerns with the driveway. We responded to all his concerns. These concerns involved repairing the driveway for him at - no charge for damage occurred to his driveway from work he had done near thedriveway.We have attached a picture of the driveway. The house/driveway are built into a hill. The water most likely is going along the edges and seeping into the ground- which when water freezes will expand causing it to heave. This wasexplained to Mr. [redacted]. In conclusion: The customer's warranty expired on 10/7/2012. We let the driveway settle three weeks before paving it. There is nothing wrong with the work that R&W Paving did.
