I want to report this company KVR International LLC because I leased this place for one year and the landlord or management kept me with no AC in the unit for 3 months the tempeture was 80 degrees F from August, September and October. I reported the problem numerous times by email and text to the management and no one did nothing to fix it or repair it. They totally ignored my request endangering my health, clients and my products from the Studio I leased. I was paying on time it was set up as direct deposit. He never did anything instead asked me to leave the unit obviously to me this appeared they are operating without any knowledge of real estate laws and rules because an AC is an emergency fix and he didn't do a thing. Another issue I want to report I my leased ended January 31,2020 I returned the unit on time, clean and perfect condition and landlord once again failed with his obligations didn't give me the deposit in a timely manner and deducted $85 not giving me any reasons why and with no notice on top of not providing AC for 3 months in the summer months he has the guts to charge me for no apparent reason and giving the deposit 18 days later. This is not proper real estate transactions. Deposits stated by laws should be give 5 to 7 business days not when is convenient to landlord. They brake and ignore so many rules and laws they should not be operating business if they are doing so many discrepancies. I want to report this business because is not operating correctly and not following real estate laws and rules and obligations. They need corrections.
