KW Home solutions performed a crawl space mold removal and encapsulation of my house. KW did an excellent job. The guys were very professional, thorough and on time. I would definitely use KW again and highly recommend them.
KW Home Solutions did a great job of removing the mold from my crawl space. They were very professional and prompt. The house looks like new. Thanks very much to KW for delivering what they promised.
Kyle and Steven showed up on time and treated the crawl space of our house in two days. They scrubbed, treated, and laid down a barrier over the ground under our house. They were reasonably priced and did a excellent job. We have now sold that house but would work with them again if needed in the future.
These guys helped me out tremendously! They were professional, timely and explained every question I had, and I had many. I was in the process of buying a new home and they made it possible. They took pictures as well as guaranteed their work in which I received via email. I am truly satisfied with their work and very well pleased. The deserve the 5 star review due to their willingness to communicate and pricing. I can't thank these guys enough. I can truly tell they love what they do. I recommend KW Home Solutions. These guys are the future in Home Solutions without a doubt.
October 2019 I called KW Home Solutions to fix and encapsulate my crawlspace. These guys walked me through the process so that I was comfortable with what they did. They were knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend them.
They canceled the original appointment 30 minutes prior to arrival due to an emergency (ok, no problem, they happen). We rescheduled for exactly 1 week later (the following Saturday), the same time. No one showed up, no one called. I texted Steven (his voicemail was full) and called and left a voicemail for his partner, Kyle, that day. No one contacted me. I repeated the text and voicemail messages and send an email to KW Home Solutions as well on Monday. It is now Tuesday and NO CONTACT FROM THEM. We wasted *2Saturdays on them and they didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls, texts or email. We want to put our home on the market and don't have this kind of time to waste. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Unfortunately, we experienced company-wide flu and we tried to reach out to all customers which had appointments. We have reached out to Mrs. explained the unusual situation, apologized and have set another appointment for the end of this month.
Third appointment was the charm. Steven came out, and he was both very personable and very professional. He did a thorough inspection and if any of the tests come back positive, we will be having him do the removal. I feel very confident about any future business we may do with them.
