I am rejecting this response because: I gave them the credit card as a hold, they didn't provide me with the terms for that weekendI didn't want or use this use room,ever, they re-rented this room for the date of May 15,They billed my credit card January I called, they told me I had to sell the room myselfThey only sent me an email stating the rules for that weekend after charging my credit card, their email was sent the next day, I would never have wanted to go during a graduation weekend as my daughter doesn't graduate till 2017, why would I pay over double,as they charge just for that weekend when I don't and didn't need the roomfee for one night stay is plus tax etcthey charged me for the weekendI ask them please credit my account that is was a mistake, they would not! I have the email they sent to me on January 29, four months before check in for May 15, Not only did they charge my credit card four months ahead of the day I was only ASKING aboutThey could have easily rented the room out in that four months times, the town of Chico sells out the hotels completely during graduation I'm toldMy daughter has an apartment in chico still to this dayThey took advantage of me, and if you look on the computer, I'm not the only parents of Chico students they do this to, it's a scam

Dear Ms***:On January at approximately 9:you called our hotel to make a reservation for graudation nights (5/15/-5/16/2015)I personally answered your call and told you our nonrefundable policy, for graduation weekend, and that we need to charge a credit card for the entire stay at the
time of reservationYou told me that you would call me back after talking to your husbandYou called back at am and made the reservation and you also gave me your're ok to charge the cardI made the reservation and sent you a confirmation the same dayThe next day you called asking to cancel this reservation and I told him that you were already informed about our no cancellation policy for graduationWe suggested that we will do our best to assign your room, to another guest of your choice or you could use this deposit for future staysI called you today, and you denied that you ever talked to me although we talked twice, once on January 28th and January 29th and several times with your husband after thatBoth emails will be sent to you in this email showing your incorrect email on January 28th and that you corrected it on January 29thAs a courtesy we are continuing to try and sell your room to another guest but we cannot guarantee a refund at this timePlease feel free to give us a call anytime.Sincerely,***

They only sent me an email stating the rules for that weekend after charging my credit card, their email was sent the next day, I would never have wanted to go during a graduation weekend as my daughter doesn't graduate till 2017, why would I pay over double,as they charge just for that weekend when I don't and didn't need the room. Normal fee for one night stay is 89.00 plus tax etc. they charged me 550.00 for the weekend. I ask them please credit my account that is was a mistake, they would not! I have the email they sent to me on January 29, 2015 four months before check in for May 15, 2015. Not only did they charge my credit card four months ahead of the day I was only ASKING about. They could have easily rented the room out in that four months times, the town of Chico sells out the hotels completely during graduation I'm told.
