Review: I recently purchased a forestry truck through KW Truck Equipment and FEVA. Initially the process was going smooth until we were lied to about shipping costs. We were told it would be added to our loan amount through [redacted]. After the truck was delivered they demanded I pay right away for the shipping which contradicts what [redacted] had told me. After this [redacted] discontinued conversations with me to work through the problem. I highly recommend working through FEVA directly and not using KW Truck Equipment. Very disappointed in their customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like for [redacted] of KW Truck Equipment to get the shipping charges put onto our loan amount as promised or deduct $400 off total shipping charges to rectify his dishonest promises.
