on Aug 17, my daughter moved out her student rental unit and when she returned her key they have refused to give her the key deposit of $back and claimed that the key she returned is not the original key from KW4Rent and that their key has a marking on itShe was never told the original key has a marking on it and the key she returned was the original key she was given when she moved in
