Alliance Finance called me to confirm my identity at that time I Confirmed my loan approval for rate written on contract with Alliance, Finance said " You are Approved" My credit scores on the three major bureaus are: 747, 756, and There is no reason why I can not get a car loanThis would be my 12th and smallest new car loanAll previous car loans have been paid perfectly! I did not receive " 10day letter " Where did you mail it? How was it mailed? Please show me proof of delivery? I will mail car payments to the dealership since you failed to provide me financing within days of signed contract. Here is the real issue: The dealer called me two weeks after the deal was done to demand an EXTRA $11,down paymentThis is money that I don't haveOther option the dealer gave me: Take my trade back in POOR CONDITION! I gave them the trade in ( Lexus GS in EXCELLENT CONDITION, Dealer wrote excellent condition on my contract and inspected the trade) Why are you trying to give me the trade back in poor condition? Because I can't afford the $extra to give you? McPeek Dodge has the Lexus since August 2015, which is daysSounds like switch and bait I spoke with the GM a couple weeks back on recorded lineHe assured me that McPeek Dodge will honor the signed contractProof available upon request or ask him of our conversation. discuss the contract we signed at McPeek Dodge on August 31,for you to
honor the agreement for the purchase of Dodge Durango or unwind the deal
and return my trade (Lexus GS350) in
original excellent condition
You are in breach of
this contract for the following reason: You failed to cancel the car purchase agreement
in daysFurther you have not paid off trade by days“Pay off my trade
immediately and I will be glad to make timely payments directly to the
dealership per agreement.” As of October 6, 2015 the Lexus has not been offYou are therefore
in breach of this contractThe other option is return to me the Lexus GSin
excellent condition and then unwind the deal and take back Dodge Durango
Please contact Lexus
immediately to pay off the trade inIf you do not contact me by October 16,

We are unable to secure a loan at the rate written on the contract we have been in touch with the customer, we sent a 10day letter to that effect and customer will not return our vehicle. [redacted]

To Whom it may Concern, We have had several conversations with the customers son regarding the concerns they are having with the truck and have offered to have the truck checked out but the customer refuses to bring the truck back for an inspection to be done and address the concerns in person....

Regarding the GPS system,  it has been canceled and the refund was forwarded to the lender on the truck because it was financed in the contract . We have made several attempts to satisfy the customer with no success. All conversations at this point have been with the son not the customer. If [redacted] would like to call me and try to resolve the matter we would be open to it. first of all there would not even take me calls . I had to call with a fake number and lie about my name .  they cleared an engine code and fraud the smog just to sell the vehicle .  they also threatened violence  against me like a bunch of cowards
