As stated on the bottom of your invoice, if you experience any problems from your service, please return to us before repairs are made We did not hear from you regarding any issues from your
service with us until you went to the Kwik Kar in League City to do a routine oil service about months after you had service with us It was then brought to your attention from an employee at the Kwik Kar in League City that we had supposedly put in the incorrect drain plug.
If you had come back to us for service and there was an issue, then we would have taken care of it.
Since another business has touched your vehicle, we are unable to clearly access the situation properly and clearly see for ourselves if there was an incorrect drain plug or any actual damage or if anything was wrong Since another establishment touched your vehicle either to repair or temporarily repair or to service it, we cannot tell for ourselves if there was an incorrect plug or not Because of this, we are unable to assist you further

I do not accept this response. In review of my receipt -- how can I bring my car to you for a repair when it has no oil? I took my car to the Kwik Kar in League City for that is where I live. They brought out the Honda Plug to me as soon as they removed it and showed me the stripped metal from its damage. How was I to take my car to you for repair when it had no oil? They put in a shorter plug so that I could come to the Seabrook store. I went directly to your store to show them what your store had put in my car. Had I had you do the oil change -- you would have stuck the same WRONG plug back in and said nothing. I know that the correct plug was on my car before I brought it to you for I had had it replaced.
I do not accept - nor will I accept -- this answered until you fix the problem that your store caused.
