This is in regards to a property I own at: [redacted] *** I contacted ServPro on 3/8/for service to my basement which had floodedThey came to the house on 3/9/I was given q quote for multiple items (pulling baseboards, drilling holes into walls, removing carpet padding, equipment such as fans and moister remover, labor, and then returning it all back to how it was)I asked the rep “so ultimately, when your finished it will look like nobody was ever here?” – his response was “Yes” The service rep Dave D [redacted] spoke confidently and implied this would all that would be requiredI signed his shattered (possibly from being dropped) [redacted] (or tablet) screen with my finger for the quote (roughly $2000), and they began service At one point leaving the house, two ServPro employees were pulling the carpet padding and I wanted to re-clarify they would replace the paddingThey responded that “yes” they would be replacing the padding, but it woul

To Whom It May Concern, November 11, I am reaching out in regards to a bill I received from [redacted] , a company that specializes in restoration after an accident has occurredMy apartment complex was struck by lightning in July while I was on vacation and [redacted] came and removed all of my belongings to start the process while I was goneSince that time it has been one hiccup after another in regards to items missing or lost, and items being returned that were not mineI decided to reach out after I received the bill and was put off at how high the cost was for the services rendered After my belongings were delivered to my new residency I was upset with certain items missing or partly returned [redacted] said they return all electronic devices for the customer to see if they still work for insurance reasonsMy Playstation and Playstation were not returned (controllers were returned) and only half of my stereo system came backThe reasoning behind the items not co

I hired Servpro to assist with my basement after flooding They cut holes in my walls, tore out my carpet and removed the padding, then left for days with fans in the basement They returned and took their fans but took no further action, leaving the basement in shambles, carpet still loose and holes in the walls When I called to complain, they said that "repair" was a separate contract and I would need to wait another week for someone to come inspect the damage (that they created) to give an estimate on how much they would charge to repair it I've had no answer as to when the actual "repairs" could be done
