Kwik Kar Lube Tune Gainesville

I would like to share my experience on 8/6/2022 with Mr.Dan and entire staff they went above and beyond.. I tell you I it was like my whole world was crashing he reassured me I was 2 hours away from Waco where I lived and everything was closed and the part was not in stock..these man made temp repairs so I could make it back home safe and they even came to store after I left to give me instructions on what to do if I have issues we car again..they made me feel so comfortable they had water and was close enough to restaurants(so that was a plus)..and this is the kicker this morning Monday of all days which is normally the busiest for any company Mr. Dan calls me to see if I made it home safe when I say that this whole crew is awesome that’s a understatement..I would love if the corp. office can contact me because this is just a little if what they did..

I was at the Kwik Kar service on 5/1 and requested them to do a front end alignment due it was pulling to left once on the lift the guys come back and told me their was a bolt loose in the rear they tightened it but they needed to do a four wheel alignment. I paid them $127.41. Every since I have been still feeling the car didn't seem right I went back on June 10 requested them for them to do another four wheel alignment they tried to tell me I needed shocks and struts and the bolts was backing out again while waiting over

I took my car to a regular place to get a check at *** Tire shop to do a review on it they told me they were booked up and told me what I needed to be done to my car before I left. With the weekend being coming up I wanted my brakes to be done since I was planning on taking my children an hour away and want them to fix. I took my car to Kwik Kar of Gainesville so that they can just do my brakes since they were empty at the time which was 11 am on Friday the 28 of February 2020. I did not get out of there till almost 6 pm they did very bad damages to my wheel and said that the lug nuts were stripped which that was a lie do to I had just come from *** Tires shop and he didn't say anything about my lug nuts being bad. the damages are over six hundred dollars plus he didn't tell me anything on how bad it was until I paid full price which was 255.00. I am very mad and sad. I took my car back to *** Tire Shop on Monday the 2 of 2020 for them to tell me that the brakes on the right side were never changed. So the owner Joe made me pay for the full service when it was not even done.
