I took my car to their shop on Saturday March 11thI had to get a vehicle emissions and safety inspectionEverything was going fine, they inspected it and it passed and everythingWhen I got the car home I went to pop the hood so I can plug in the battery tender so the battery wouldn't go lowWhen I pulled on the hood release cable it just is flopping in my handApparently it was broken whenever they tried to open my hood at the shopIt was not broken whenever I took the car up there because I used itWhen I called the manager and told him the situation, he just flat out said no it was broken before I took it up thereBasically, he called me a liarWe had a few words and they are not going to do anything about itI do not recommend you take your bicycle or tricycle up there and have them look at itIt's just a bunch of kids up there running the shop and apparently they did not know how to pull on a hood release to open the hoodDo not do not do not do not do not do not do not take your car to this placeThey will not own up to their responsibility when they damage your carThey will lie to you and tell you everything but the truth
