Thank you for your response I suggestin view of the comment re: improper mileage on our original service date, that we put aside whether the mileage was 113,or 142, The next record of a visit by Mr [redacted] is 9/22/and the vehicle had 151,miles That is over 9,miles between oil changes The condition of the warranty was to have routine oil changes at intervals no greater than 4,miles during the term of the warranty Our records suggest that, if any oil changes were performed, they were not performed at our facility The reason we want to see the vehicle every 4,miles is so that we can monitor the performance and condition of the engine so that we can identify any possible issues and resolve them before they become a serious problemThank you for allowing us to comment once again

This is the first time I have seen this complaint I will discuss with my Manager and contact the customer no later than Monday. Sincerely *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:If Kwik Kar Ridgmar accepts the FACT the mileage was entered incorrect and the warranty is months part and laborWhy are they saying I went over mileage on when the oil change was performedThey don't have the correct mileage when the original work was performed, so they have no records that are correct. They are just trying to not honor the warranty

I am rejecting this response because: I can show that on 01/04/Bright Transmission has the mileage at 142,and on 02/10/the milage from servive at Moritz Chevrolet was 143,Kwik Kar put the wrong mileage in at 113,Will would not believe us when he was told that was incorrectThe car has a warranty and needs to be fixed or the Revdex.com A+ banner needs to come down

151,786.  Note that the customer drove over 38.,000 miles between the original service date of 2/29/16 and the NEXT service date of 9/22/16.  Please note the condition of the warranty on Scan 002.pdf highlighted in yellow.  "1 year parts and labor warranty on nine block and heads only.  Warranty is void if: vehicle is driven while engine light is on, if vehicle is driven without coolant, if vehicle is not maintained every 4,500 miles by Kwik Kar Ridgmar, or if vehicle I involved in a collision.  This warranty supersedes any other warranty."  We believe that since the customer drove the car over 38,000 miles between the original service on 2/29/16 and the next service date of record at Kwik Kar Ridgmar on 9/22/16, any warranty is void due to the fact that the customer did not have the vehicle serviced every 4,500 at Kwik Kar Ridgmar as stipulated in the warranty statement on the original invoice.
