Kwik Lawn and Landscape

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Ms*** *** *** I have just received your email today 3/31/16. My computer was not working, therefore, I was unable to reply to the email that was sent by you on behalf of the Revdex.com. I would like to reply to Kwik Lawn and Landscaping's response to my email. I feel that their response was totally in accurate. I did not put rock salt on my driveway this winter, due to the fact that is was a mild winter and I was advised not to put rock salt on a new driveway. Also, I never seen anyone from Kwik Lawn come by and inspect my driveway. All the imperfections were the result of the concert pour and lack of experience on the part of the owner. I would also like to state that I was not home at the time that the concert was sealed. I was pulling up when they were pulling awayI have attached some photos to back my statements on the poor quality of work that was done by Kwik Lawn and Landscaping. If you could please find a possible way to reopen my claim and add this response, I would be very grateful. I will await your response. Thank you,

Response taken by phone: I went over and inspected the driveway today There are small cracks in the concrete These cracks are as the ground freezes and thaws The pitting and chipping are due to the use of rock salt by the consumerThere is a 1/inch gap where
the new sidewalk meets the old The puddle at the end of the driveway is small and is due to a grate at the base of the driveway The consumer told me he has tried to have the city repair this We did not run out of concrete and we did lay stone prior to pouring the concreteWe went over to seal the driveway a few weeks after it was poured and he was happy with the driveway then Due to the nature of concrete and our severe winters, there is no warranty
