At this time, I have been contacted directly by Kwik Learning, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] On April **, a representative from Kwik Learning sent me an email to say "I have gone ahead and refunded your purchase at this time You will see that reflect your account within the next 3-business days depending on your bank." As of May *, 2017, I have not received a refund I sent a follow up email to the company today, May * to let them know that I have not received the refund that they indicated was processed two weeks ago I'm awaiting their reply.In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] was refunded the full amount $1094.00 on June **, 2016 by our accounting department and I have the receipt of the refund proof. Our customer service team was in contact with [redacted] from beginning to end and helped him with his request.

The response is not entirely accurate. It took more than a month for them to respond to my first request, thereby exceeding the 30 day limit. I was promised a refund and, instead, continued to receive offers for more classes, not exchange deals. I explained to them that I have realized that I am too old to retain the information from online classes which don't offer downloadable (offline) courses, just classes which expire sooner than I can retain the information.I believe they are predatory elder abuse profiteers and I intend to pursue the matter as far as I can.
