Review: I had them to fix my brakes, well after a week , my brakes locked up, then they told me my calibers were messed up, so I went and purchased calibers, well needless to say today I took the car to have the calibers fixed, and they told me it was something else. I went in with brakes today, and left without brakes. the mechanic told me he couldn't bleed my brakes for me and the other part wouldn't be in today. I overheard another mechanic inquiring with him had I left and was I coming back very quietly. My car is still not fixed, and this company has given me the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund my services for my brake job, and refund for all the trouble they have caused me not having a ride to work, and back and forth to this company.

Subject: ID# [redacted] Per phone conversation. [redacted] filled out a survey on my website ([redacted]) before filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. The customer stated that he came by the [redacted] location for some brake work. He brought his own front and rear brakes. We installed both sets of brakes. Noticed upon doing the service that the calipers where hard to push back, meaning that its a possible caliper issue. He then gets his own calipers for us to install and upon loosening the bleeder screw on one caliper noticed that the only problem would be the master cylinder. So saving him money at that point recommended to change the master cylinder, and he could return the calipers that he purchased. I spoke with the customer on the phone and tried to explain to them how the brake system works, they just couldn't comprehend how they work. I assume they are saying that we are giving them the run around because we first told them it was the calipers and then changed it to being the master cylinder. None of the local parts stores had the part and would have to be ordered. We offered to install the master cylinder at free labor. [redacted] was supposed to bring us the master cylinder later on and haven't heard from him since. I really don't think that we should refund his money for the previous work that was done.
