I am rejecting this
response because:
that the response is an absolute lie!
When I visited the store I said the problem I have is I cannot get the car to the store - because I have no other way to get home, I was told " no problem we do pick ups as long as we can leave the truck at your home" I said absolutely He said it actually works out quite well because the guy who would pick up your vehicle lives in your location so he can get it on the way to workthat what we agreedThey are a rude store, I have had to chase them down to try and get the sign installed, they kept telling me,the weather is too cold, the weather is too rainy we are short of staff, we have to rescheduleAt this point I want a refund of what I have already paid them and will never recommend them to anyone they are extremely rude with no competency or customer service
