I am not apologizing for filing a complaint. As stated in my complaint, this business had false hoirs posted on the door. The busines hours posted on the door stated that they were open daily from 12-5 and closed sundays. They claim to service clients twice a week, one of those days be8ng thursday-FALSE. I came on a thursday twice to pick up my check and nobody was there. Mail was piled up and visible from the outside,2 other clients were also there complaining of the same issue. I tried to contact this business via telephone but nobody ever answered amd their voicemailbox was full for over 2 w=eks. I waited outside this business everyday for 4 days during posted business hours, when the owner finally showed up he was unapologetic and told me that this was not his only business and that he has other things to do. Rude. I apologized only to the woman who prepared my tax, she was great and I have no complaint about her, I apologized to her if the complaint caused her any personal problems.
