My car was delivered with internal damage to the upholstery. Made serval attempts to contact the company; however, the issue is still unresloved.- Car delivered from [redacted] to a designated individual in [redacted] on [redacted]- Car was inspected externally not internally by designated individual- Car was picked up by the owner [redacted] (on military travel)- Once the owner picked up the car, the external parts showed no additionally damage; however, the leather upholstery (internally) on all four doors were NOTICEABLY bubbling (air pockets under the leather upholstery causing bumps in the leather to form).- The owner has repeatedly called Kwik Trans Inc. (no answers), left voicemails (one returned call, but the voicemail indicated the representative was returning my call, left a voicemail, becuase he thought I wanted to ship a car), and sent pictures of the damage via email to [redacted] (no return response). I do not have a name for a representative that I spoke to becuase I left voicemails for each call.Desired Settlement1) Kwik Transportation have the damage repaired or,2) Discount my delivery charge for the amount to repair the damage and I will have the damage repaired personnal.

damaged car with no repairs made!!!!i used this company to move a corvette and they cracked the front spoiler. When it was brought to there attention they said get pictures and an estimate and I did so as they asked. It was $1000 to have repairs made and they are avoiding my calls and have had to get a lawyer involved. Have had no results so for from the owner Vito and of course there address is just a po box.Desired SettlementI would like the repair bill paid.

After numerous calls, letters, and required documents to you regarding the damage received on the car transported to me by your company, I am getting no satisfaction on the resolution of my claim. [redacted] of [redacted] & [redacted] (your insurance company), sent you a letter (dated X-XX-XX) advising you that my claim is in order and should be paid by Kwik Trans, Inc. I have not received payment for this claim!!On 7-30-13, I received a voicemail from someone [redacted] from your company telling me that my claim is denied by your company plus your insurance company, which is not true if you would go back and read the letter from Mr. [redacted] of [redacted] & [redacted] which stated that you are obligated to pay this claim. Have left messages to discuss this further with your company and so far no reply from anyone. Am VERY dissatisfied with the service I'm receiving from your company. The car was delivered to me around midnight (!!) and to expect someone to see any damages in the dark and through the dirt/dust acquired through transport from east coast to west coast is definitely not reasonable. I told the transport driver [redacted] that I would sign off on the transport invoice only if I can do a final inspection the next day during daylight and if I see any damage I asked if I could call anyone to report the damage. He told me I could call him to tell him of any problem, gave me his phone number but when I called the next day to report the damage to him, I never got a return call back from him. Do you intentionally have your transport drivers deliver cars at such a late hour, in the dark of night, so people cannot see any damage that may have occurred during the transport? We are car enthusiasts and I know many people who have/need cars transported all over U.S. and you can be sure that if this claim is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will spread the word to everyone I know to NOT do business with your company.By the way, I noticed your company got an "F" from Revdex.com!
