So again I was at Kwik Trip before working a 16hour shift and just want a frapp coffee and again the machine was not working! It’s so frustrating when you drive to this Kwik Trip and if you have problems the employees look at you like “so” and don’t even help to even look at it! Employee Grace at the Kwik Trip by McDonald’s in chippewa falls wi should find a new career she is so unpersonalable and won’t help you and when the other employer asked her about it she states “ I don’t know!”” What? Geez either train the employees or she should quit if she is trained. I have had this happen at this store every time I go there! Which is 4-5 times a week and have put several complaints in. This happened at 9:22pm on 4-13-2019

Kwik Trip contacted Mr*** to discuss the matter. We apologized for the employee's miscommunication about our tank deposit refund procedure. Only a manager or assistant manager is authorized to handle such a transaction. Unfortunately, there have been multiple instances
of individuals stealing such tanks from homes and campgrounds in order to obtain the deposit refunds from retail establishments. Mr*** shared that the store employee had already called him back and they had discussed having a $gift card mailed to his home address. This resolution was acceptable to Mr*** Please close this call. Thank you

I had went to my local Kwik Trip intending on trying something new, me and my friends went inside and separatly bought 8 packs of gushers and fruit rollups, two boxes of cereal and two bags of milk, little had I known the milk would be my downfall. We suited up and went home. I took a big wiff of the milk and almost st my pants. That was just the start of it
We had almost finished the snacks so we had gotten that milk and put it in our name brand apple Jack's, it tasted like water, I never wanted bagged milk again, none of us did, I almost st my pants that night. The strong ones stayed up all night. When the others woke up the strong had prepared a drink of my choice. Bagged milk or dehumidifer water, little had I known I'd be drinking them mixed together, this was the worst taste we'd ever had, even while the milk was alone it was bad, but together, well I barfed very bad

Holmen Kwik Trip by Festival Foods. It's too bad when you are continually hounded to use a rewards card and when you refuse it, you are talked about as you are leaving the store!

At the Antigo Kwik-Trip, I have seen management talking to employees in a way that is belittling and inconsiderate of the employee. They need to realize they are talking to a person and get off their power trips. I would never work where peoplr are treated like that.

Kwik Trip Representative, David Ring, attempted to reach Mr. [redacted] again.  This time he was...

successful.  He spoke with Mr [redacted] at approximately 2:10 on Thursday, October 27, 2016.  He explained cigarette promotions and how they work.  The conversation ended amicably.  Mr. Ring offered Mr. [redacted] a $25 gift card for his inconvenience which Mr. [redacted] stated he would accept.  A gift card will be mailed to Mr. [redacted] at the address he provided: [redacted]

March 27, 2017Dear Revdex.com:I called and spoke with Mr. Chad [redacted] at approximately 7 a.m. this morning (Monday, March 27, 2017) and told him that Kwik Trip had received the Revdex.com complaint he had filed March 23, 2017.  I informed Mr. [redacted] that I was...

working with our collections/drive-off co-workers in our credit department to investigate the complaint he had filed in dispute of $15.00 in gasoline he had purchased on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at approximately 5:15 a.m. at Kwik Trip store #[redacted] located at [redacted].   Our collections/drive-off department reviewed the video footage between 5-5:25 a.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Store [redacted] in [redacted] and the video confirms that the only vehicle at the gas pump where the $15.00 in gas was purchased was Mr. [redacted]'s.  I also have a copy of the receipt issued Mr. [redacted] at 5:20:26 a.m. at Store [redacted] showing the energy drinks, sausage/egg croissant and 20 ounce cappuccino he purchased for $9.37.  While our co-worker did not ask Mr. [redacted] at the check-out register if he had purchased any gasoline, which we normally do as a courtesy, we have video documentation that Mr. [redacted] did purchase $15.00 of gasoline and simply did not pay for the gasoline. Based on this evidence and documentation, I asked Mr. [redacted] to stop by Store [redacted] in [redacted], WI and pay the $15.00 in gas he purchased on Thursday, March 16th, which he stated he would do.  Consequently, Kwik Trip feels this complaint is resolved and the case should be closed.  Please contact me at ###-###-#### if you have any questions.  Thank you.  Dave [redacted], Kwik Trip, Inc.

Review: For the second time in less than six months, my payment, which Kwik Trip cashed my check and it cleared my bank, did not post to my account! THEN, charge my account late fee, additional interest, and over the limit fee (which was caused by their additional fees posted). My account is ALWAYS paid BEFORE the due date and I have NEVER had a late payment with them in the 15 years I have had my card with them, but when I call their credit department there is no compassion and no apologies whatsoever. I take great pride in my credit and credit score and had stressed this the LAST time this happened. This time I was at the gas pump trying to fill my gas tank for the upcoming bitterly cold night and couldn't because my card was shut down, no fault of mine!! Then I go home and had to put over 2 hours into investigating the issue because their credit department was closed!! I have asked my account be closed as I am done doing business with this company for GOOD!! I will be paying off my balance as soon as the charges I was illegally and wrongfully charged are taken off.Desired Settlement: I want a letter stating they once again, did not post my payment, but have corrected their error. I want their illegal and wrong charges (the late charge, the over limit charge and the interest charges) credited back to me, then I will be paying off my account and I want a letter stating the account has been closed once they receive my payment in full showing the account has been satisfied. An apology letter from the highest person in the company acknowledging this happened a SECOND time.

Review: I took out a charge card with my daughter so she could start her credit rating. She has been trying hard to get a good rating and Kwik Trip has some very unethical practices. I spoke to Kelsey on 2/17/15 and Trisha & Roxanne on 2/18/15. They led me to believe that they sent in a bad credit rating to Trans Union Bureau only to find out that nothing was reported to them. They told me that they lowered the credit limit from $1000 to $600. Yet when the bill came it still showed the $1000 balance. They told me that there were 4 missed payments which is absolutely not true. In July there was one late payment which was made a week and a half late. They said they considered it missed. In September they said another payment was missed but it was late only 3 days. The one in December was late 4 days and considering that they have a grace period (which they told me was 3 days) that would mean September was not late at all and that the one in December was only 1 day late. Then they said that the payment was missed again in January which is not true. The payment was short $3.00 in error. We read the amount incorrectly. But they sent us a really nasty letter stating that they were going to cancel the account or put it on hold because of this. We called in January and talked to them. They listened to what we said and then proceeded to put a hold on the account. When I spoke to them in February they proceeded to tell me that they put in a bad report to Trans Union because of 2 months of missed payments and lowered the limit to $600.00 which they told me they did not need to tell me. They pretty much said they could do what they wanted to do.Desired Settlement: This Company needs to reconsider how they treat people. If a payment is late it is late not missing. If it is short it is a mistake not a missing payment. They can't threaten to report this to the credit bureau, tell us they lowered the limit on the card and then proceed to tell me that I would need to put in a dispute with Trans Union. When I checked Trans Union on 2/8/15 there was no late or missing payments reported in 3 years and they had no right to say that they did this. I want the account closed as I requested today with Roxanne on 2/18/15 by MY request. I can not trust these people to do anything decent since they have done nothing but lie to me from the get go. I also want a letter from a manager of Roxanne, Kelsey and Trisha that they are ok with their people not telling their customers the truth and treating them badly.

Review: I worked a 12 hour shift only to greeted by a cashier <Word Rejected> at me when I came in the door. She actually shouted at me in a very, very nasty tone of voice telling I had been taking to many tomatoes when I bought their burgers and dogs and felt if had issues with they could have told me a calm professional I woundn't have gotten <Word Rejected> Off. I feel that's not the way a customer should be greeted even if it was true which is not.Desired Settlement: The two people who were rude and accused me of taking a whole tomato which was complete <Word Rejected>

Review: I purchased a cheddarwurst food product from the Kwik Trip in [redacted] on May 8, 2013. The cheddarwurst had an unknown item inside that had a dark blue/purple color. I ate some of the unknown item without knowing. It made me nauseous that continued for the next couple of days. (I have had periodic nausea since.) The cheddarwurst was sent to Kwik Trip corporate. I spoke with a corporate representative from Kwik Trip corporate on May 17, 2013. The representative informed me that they had received the cheddarwurst and had already sent it on to it's producer ([redacted]). I have since contacted [redacted], who's informed me that they did not receive the cheddarwurst from Kwik Trip until June 11, 2013. They also informed me that the cheddarwurst was inspected by them and then sent on to another company for additional testing. They would not provide me with a timeframe in which to have test results. I have since contacted Kwik Trip corporate and questioned why this health-related issue has taken so long to resolve and whether or not the timeframe was acceptable to them. They essentially told me that my issue is being treated similar to other issues and has not been given priority or any sense of urgency. I am frustrated because it has been over 7 weeks and I still don't know what I ate, or whether the unknown item was poisonous or a health concern. I realize that Kwik Trip is not the producer of the product, but they are the supplier. And as the supplier they should be placing a higher priority on resolving issues like this that can negatively impact their customers' health.Desired Settlement: My biggest concern is finding out immediately what I ate and whether or not it has negative impacts on my health.

unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] had a negative experience with a product purchased at one of our stores

$100 gift card in recognition for his past patronage and for his patience in this matter. In addition, we will

Review: I told [redacted] when I was checked out by [redacted] that cream was out and felt I should get my coffee for no charge as a result. She scuffed and charged me for it anyway. importantly how our co-worker responded to Mr. [redacted]. The telephone conversation was

amicable and Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the outcome of their discussion and the offer of

a gift card.

To resolve the complaint we took the following steps: Today [redacted] sent to Mr. [redacted] a

thank you card along with a $25 Kwik Trip gift card. The manager of the store has been

notified of the situation and will watch the product more carefully. In addition, the co-worker

who waited on Mr. [redacted] will be reprimanded and instructed on how to better handle such

customer requests in the future.

Review: My Grandmother backed a card for me, I fell behind. That's on me. Kwik Trip calling her does not surprise me however Roxanne's technique of threatening my Grandmother jail time violates the

The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) makes illegal certain collection tactics used by collection agencies/creditors and to claim that you’ll be imprisoned or your property will be seized, unless the collection agency or original creditor intends to take action that could result in your going to jail or your property being taken is ILLEGAL.

Roxanne calling my Grandmother every day and treating her as though she were a child, being rude, snotty, bullying and threatening to have her arrested are not acceptable means of debt collection, ESPECIALLY when the payments were scheduled and visible to Kwik Trip and my Grandma HAD given permission for me to be able to call and discuss the amount and the payment needed. I repeatedly called and was repeatedly told to call collections/credit. I called them and was told "let me talk to Roxanne". Then I was told Roxanne still needs to discuss a few things with your Grandma before we can discuss this account with you. I would than call Grandma and let her know Roxanne would AGAIN be calling her, Grandma would tell Roxanne to talk to me and the cycle would start all over again. If the payments are scheduled to come out what is the point of badgering a little old lady every day with threats of jail time.

Until this point I thought Kwik Trip was a good company, however this scare tactic has made sure that I will never visit Kwik Trip again and most definitely share this experience..Desired Settlement: Educate Roxanne on legal collection techniques. She is a poor representative of Kwik Trip. News of bad customer service reaches more than twice as many ears as praise for a good service experience.
