Kwik Trip

On Jan 26, 2023, I went into kwiktrip to look for a certain item as this was my last resort. Upon looking at other places and not finding the item, I had to look in kwiktrip. My service dog did his job when I had an anxiety attack. DPT. The boss, Sam, called the cops because he was 'concerned'. This is total bs, and discrimination. They weren't concerned. If they were concerned, they would ask me if I was ok. Nope. Didn't do that. They triggered my PTSD, and had me banned for over a year.

I was with my service dog at the KwikTrip 141 store in two harbors, MN, on 12-4-22 at around 3 pm. All was well till I had a PTSD trigger and anxiety attack.

My dog did exactly what he was trained to do. Deep pressure therapy. I then was asked by a worker named India to leave cause it was and I quote 'not safe due to it being a safety hazard.'. This is completely untrue, as I was out of the main path, and not harming or obstructing anything.

My dog was doing his JOB, and your employee India demanded that we leave. Then, to make matters WORSE, after I told two of your employees multiple times, that this is illegal to do as he was working, they THEN threatened to get a cop. That's my TRIGGER! How can a disabled person with their trained service dog be treated this way?!

We were very respectful and not causing a scene. I still needed my dog to do his JOB.

He missed a task that I needed him to do, and BECAUSE so, it caused myself harm. As per the Americans with disabilities act, the employees actions were illegal, and opens your business to legal action.

I advise that your company ensure that its employees are educated on proper protocols around vested service animals.

The local police department recently had its own training on service animals if you need this location to contact them for proper legal protocols.

There was no out of order sign on free air pump. The customer service line has bad customer service. The food and coffee sucks. The corporate structure is lacking quality assurance for future customer satisfaction. They have no heart, mind, or soul for their customer. They are a jerk circle reach around filled with money worshipping jesters.

The Lady at the register was very helpful and HONEST. My wife left our money there and forgot about it. The cashier held it and remembered my wife when I went to pay for what I had bought. She was very kind. Thank You again. Love You

My wife is an ASL at a MN kwik trip. They put out communication today that those that are NOT vaccinated needed to still wear a mask. I gave her my thoughts and she will probably be looking up an attorney over creating a hostile workplace by singling out a group of people as well as looking into whether or not it is a violation to use someones medical history against them. she works on average 50 hours a week becaus ehte store has such a high turnover rate. they treat workers like crap. I hope she can find a new job soon.

March 27, 2017Dear Revdex.com:I called and spoke with MrChad [redacted] at approximately a.mthis morning (Monday, March 27, 2017) and told him that Kwik Trip had received the Revdex.com complaint he had filed March 23, I informed Mr [redacted] that I was working with our collections/drive-off co-workers in our credit department to investigate the complaint he had filed in dispute of $in gasoline he had purchased on Thursday, March 16, at approximately 5:a.mat Kwik Trip store # [redacted] located at [redacted] ** Our collections/drive-off department reviewed the video footage between 5-5:a.mon Thursday, March 16, at Store [redacted] in [redacted] and the video confirms that the only vehicle at the gas pump where the $in gas was purchased was Mr [redacted] 's I also have a copy of the receipt issued Mr [redacted] at 5:20:a.mat Store [redacted] showing the energy drinks, sausage/egg croissant and ounce cappuccino he purchased for $ While our co-worker did not ask Mr [redacted] at the check-out register if he had purchased any gasoline, which we normally do as a courtesy, we have video documentation that Mr [redacted] did purchase $of gasoline and simply did not pay for the gasolineBased on this evidence and documentation, I asked Mr [redacted] to stop by Store [redacted] in [redacted] , WI and pay the $in gas he purchased on Thursday, March 16th, which he stated he would do Consequently, Kwik Trip feels this complaint is resolved and the case should be closed Please contact me at ###-###-#### if you have any questions Thank you Dave [redacted] , Kwik Trip, Inc

Business states that an employee had copied down the incorrect license plate number He is no longer pursuing payment from the consumer
