confirmation e-mail after the order is placed it clearly states that the orders can't be cancelled and refunded so I ask that the client prove and attachment where it states we offer cancellations.

The client as said in her statement that she used a digital signature was not accepted by the vital records office so all she had to do was sign the form as the instructions clearly state ,but she refused and just wanted a refund which we do not offer.Client became aggressive and blamed us for her...
