We contracted with *** *** on 5/30/We began the job on
7/4/They had other work done previous to us (due to termite; termite infested wood replaced)We prepped and painted the property*** met with *** on 7/7/and went over some concerns she had regarding the prep, walked the property, and paid the balanceAfter that, we did not hear from themI noticed about weeks ago that they had left a bad review on YelpI emailed *** (the husband) in response to his reviewI never heard back; no phone call/no emailIt doesn't seem fair that the customer would make public complaints without trying to contact us after the completion to address their issues/concernsWe felt we were on good terms; our communication with the customer was always cordial so this is a surprise that they didn't reach out to us first for a resolution to their concernsIf they had, we would have gladly done our best to come to a resolution and fix any issues
Regardless, we will gladly have *** meet with them againWe would like to know what they are looking to have doneOn 7/7/16, there were no cracks or peeling when they did the walk through with KurtIf there is anything visible now, we will certainly take care of itWe would like to ask that after we take care of the areas that they say are bad, that they update their review on YelpEven as of today, I have not received any calls or emails from the customer after reaching out to them via email after seeing the Yelp review
Please ask that they contact meWe warranty our work for years on wood and on stucco so they could have definitely reached out to us
