I saw the complaint on the Revdex.com this morning.? We thought we had already resolved this issue.? ? ? Our employees made some big mistakes during this project and we came back to repair them...we also gave a partial refund as well.? ? ? I have contacted the customer this morning and talked with her on the phone about what we would be willing to do to repair any further issues.? I offered to personally come and fix any issues.? I reject their offer because I fear the workers and managementThe owner said he would do the work himself after the second failureInstead on the third repair of the same ceiling, he sent another incompetent individualWho showed up at 10;amWorked two hours, went to lunchCame back and worked two hours more and still did not correct the problemThe owner gave me a refund of I paid 5,I found thru other complaints against them, they are only good at patchwork, not big, time consuming jobsI feel harassed by management and want my money back to hire someone else to repair their mistakesThe management lies about how long job will take, experience of workers, they said they would never ask for equipment, but they did countless timesThey asked for nails, fans, hammers, screwdrivers, and laddersMany workers were talking about obtaining "green" cardsThey should not own a businessTheir business card states custom drywall and paintingThey do not know how to do eitherWho would drip white paint down colored walls and just leave it? Who would leave drywall with lumps and gauges in it, and say everything is fine and laugh? I am afraid of their intimidation and phone calls that make me feel extremely uncomfortable. *** ***Tell us why here
We are willing to do anything to make this project right other than a refund. A lot of time and effort has been put into this job and we want to be able to finish it. We are confident that if given the chance, we will make it right This was a very difficult job for even the most experienced/talented drywaller. Both the natural/artificial lighting shoots directly across the ceiling which makes this a very tough repair. Under these conditions, drywall is not a perfect science and sometimes takes extra trips and effort to achieve the desired final product. We feel that we are very close to that The owners have offered to personally repair the work for the customer around her schedule...nights or weekends. We are accountable that our employees made some mistakes throughout this project. We feel that we have addressed the issues in house and with the customer. Our company takes a lot of pride in quality and service which is shown in our track record/reviews. Everything hasn't always gone perfect and we make mistakes. But we feel we are reasonable and do what it takes to make things right.
